Use cases

Automate clinical workflows effortlessly

Clinics use EVAL to screen patients before a visit, follow up after surgery, monitor conditions between appointments, and collect outcomes for research. Explore the many use cases that reduce clinical effort and keep patients engaged.

Before the visit

Book patients with the right provider A pre-qualification assessment goes out when the appointment is booked, so a mismatch is caught before the patient travels. Read the walkthrough Digital intake with scored assessments Demographics, insurance, signatures and scored assessments in one no-login task board, on a phone or a kiosk. Read the walkthrough

In the clinic

Decision support at the point of care A clinician runs a calculator or decision rule during the visit and sees the score and its interpretation immediately, on the same instrument the practice authored and controls.

After the procedure

Catch complications between appointments A schedule sends the check-in on days 3, 14, 30 and 90, then a longer assessment at six months and the CMS measure at twelve. The panel shows which have come back and which are outstanding. Read the walkthrough
Long-term condition monitoring A patient with a chronic condition answers the same instrument every three months. Their scores line up over time, so a decline shows up as a trend rather than as a complaint at the next appointment.

Research

Collecting patient-reported outcomes for a study Instruments are versioned, so results stay attached to the version the participant answered. Item-level answers, subscales and totals export as CSV for analysis.
Anonymous submissions Responses are collected with no identity attached, for protocols that require it and for feedback patients will only give honestly when they cannot be identified.
